We strive to get your collectibles and products to you safely and efficiently using trusted carriers.

Shipping Methods
We offer Standard Shipping at flat rates via UPS or FedEx.

Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? If you require Priority or Expedited shipping, please reach out via our contact page before placing your order. We will provide you with a custom shipping quote based on your needs.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your new treasures! Please read our return guidelines carefully, as the collectible nature of our products requires strict adherence to these terms.


Exchange & Store Credit Only
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds.


How to Start a Return
All return inquiries must be submitted via our contact page within TEN (10) days of the date of receipt.
Important: Returns made without contacting us first via email/contact form will not be honored.


Condition Requirements
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Brand New & Unused: Items must be in their original, pristine condition.

  • Original Packaging: All tags, boxes, and inserts must be included.

  • Sealed Items: For toys, blind boxes, or puzzles, sealed packaging can only be returned if it remains unopened. Once the seal or shrink-wrap is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

  • Sticker Care & Handling: Stickers must be returned in mint, unbent condition. To ensure they arrive safely, they must be returned in a rigid stay-flat mailer or with a stiff cardboard backing. Stickers returned in standard paper envelopes that arrive creased or damaged will not be eligible for store credit.


Shipping Costs & Deductions

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

  • Flat Rate/Free Shipping Disclosure: For items originally shipped via flat rate or free shipping, our actual shipping and handling costs (each way) will be deducted from your final store credit.
